Abstract:

Under the background of“Internet+”，the editors of academic journals should take "academic
publishing agent" as the new career position and strengthen the basic quality and skill of editors. At the same time,
they should master the digital publishing technology and method, and then pay attention to the importance of the
communication in academic journals by strengthening the construction of communication ability, so as to improve the
academic periodical influence and achieve the new development of editor's profession.
